Solar Recycled Plastic

Bottle caps melted in the sun become bars and sheets to furnish, build and repair.

Solar concentrator and 2-tonne hydraulic press: HDPE caps melted in the sun and pressed — in a U-mould for solid bars, or directly between the press plates for sheets, without injection. Two validated and documented processes (POCs published on 1 December 2025 and 16 October 2025) — 2×4×40 cm bars for low-tech furniture, ≈18 cm diameter sheets for many uses.
